Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Place the unused component in its original packaging, ensuring all bolts, spacers, and instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the return label to your package and ship it via a tracked service; we recommend retaining your postage receipt until the return is processed.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch your requested exchange item within 3-5 business days.
